new to pogo plug and i can listen to music in full but im only getting 10 sec of play time when it comes to watching the movies on the pogo plug. is there any way to fix this?

The pogo will only transcode a 10 sec preview of a movie until you play the movie once then it transcodes the rest. you can go into media settings and say always optimize videos.

i did that and even after i play the movie i only get 10 sec

It took 3 days to transcode a full length movie for me. Look in your media settings and it will show what movies it is working on.

ok ill try but we shall see is there any way to just make it do it faster so my wife can watch one movie after the other one
