I have shared out large (10-14mb) PDF files on my Biz. When trying to open them, they take almost 7-10 minutes to open. And then when they open, nothing if shown.

I am on a 5mb up/down internet connection.

How long does it take to just download the PDF file to a local disk?

Do you have more than one large PDF, and if so, is this a problem with all of them? Or just some?

I'd suspect the PDF file and PDF viewer being used, and not liking the method of access. Sometimes a PDF file gets loaded comletely before it is displayed, other times it can be viewed faster if the reader can handle streamed content.

Took about 2 minutes to download 14mb.

And, my mistake, my PogoPlug is actually on a separate internet connection rated @ 1.5 down 1 up.
