I have created a shared folder on a usb hard drive connected to my computer. I can create a new folder, but I cannot rename it. I can drag and drop files into the folder, but it doesnt appear to work correctly. For example - I drag a sample spreadsheet into a folder on my share. When I try and open it from the share - excel tells me the file is corrupt.
I am running windows 7 on the "server" computer.

Now that I am messing with it a bit - it looks like the files I try and copy are all 0 KB. It is like I dont have write access.
