the same thing is happening to me.
When I try to install the Beta software and enter the Beta key to log in it says that the key is invalid or in use. Is it in use from the step where you create the account and enter it there? Anyone have a solution other than ordering a new key?

I have now tried getting another key with my other email adress, this time entering it only in the Pogoplug application, but that didn't work either.

I have the exact same problem. Running Windows 7 SP1 x64 bit, I installed the software and it said couldn't connect to server, so I went to network settings and changed the ethernet adapter it installed to obtain ip and dns automatically and rebooted, now it lets me put in my beta license key but says that it is invalid or already in use. Anyone know how to get past this?

Hi Guys, we are aware of this problem, and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. I will post an update when this is resolved.

Thanks for the update. I redownloaded and reinstalled the software, and it let me sign in with my email and password, it didn't however ask for the beta key. Will try again

Hi! I downloaded the beta and tested it on my main PC befor installing it on my media PC. now it seems that the key won't transfer to that PC and the beta is closed so no more beta keys. what do I do?

At this time, we do not support transferring of licenses for the beta software. I will post on this forum if this changes, along with instructions for how to transfer.

Thanks for the reply. I wish that limitation was spelled out up front. This will limit how much I can use or test this software in a meaningful way for me.
Any chance of issuing more than one key to beta testers?
I suspect many endusers will want to have multiple devices...
All that being said, the software looks pretty cool.!

I downloaded the beta but haven't yet installed it. I'm glad now I haven't because the plan was to install and thoroughly test it on my desktop before installing on my home server.
