I have 3 extra drives in my pc and they show as "Volume Local Disk," instead of Drive D, E, and F. They have about 500gb extra storage.

ETA: The name isn't the issue, it's just that it doesn't show the correct size of each drive.

P.s., it's Windows XP Professional, 32bit

Hi,

If you will switch to multidrive mode you will see the correct size for each drive.

In single drive mode Pogoplug 'P' drive size is the sum of all your drives.

And if you wish to change the name of the drives you are able to do so from WebUI Settings (http://my.pogoplug.com)

I forgot to update, but the software made all 3 drives into 1, so, e.g., if I put a file in Dive D then looked on beta.pogoplug.com, the file would also be listed in drive E and F.

Can you provide some screenshots that will visualize this problem?

You can send them to support@cloudengines.com.

Add "16065" in the subject of your email.

Thanks

Corinne,

Basically this problem is that all your drives are named the same.

You should receive an answer over the email for this problem with instructions how to fix that.

Also we will create a help article for this problem.

Thanks.

Reinstalling fixed it.
