I downloaded Pogoplug for Windows and the Drive says I have 4tb with 2tb free despite having nothing in there. If I try to drag and drop files into the Drive it says I need permission and wont allow the operation. Any ideas anyone . Thanks.

No, just the beta software for Windows PC.

I am dissatisfied with the pogoplug. I also have the 2tb of 4 tb taken on a drive I do not have access to, but it shows up in my computer. I'm a windows 7 user and my cloud drive shows up in my lan at home, but at the work lan - when I try to log in it says the username or pw has a problem - yet they work at home.

I too got the 4tb drive and it appears to be a virtual drive since the largest drive I have on the system is 1TB. The mfr needs to write a simple summary of how the whole thing works/setup.
