An unhandled RPC exception occurred on method listFiles: 500 [Unspecified server error]

Just about anything that is attempted below the folder level generates this error message.  Though this error is for "listFiles;" other methods are also generating this error.   Even more interesting, is that when attempting to "Share" the error is generated and what I can tell from what I can see, nothing has actually been done to share the "folder!"
Some minutes later, I get a message that informs me that the folder has been shared and a link is provided.  Seems like there is a disconnect somewhere!
Here is something that is weird.  The folder shared was sent to one eMail address.  The "invite" arrived at the intended eMail address; HOWEVER, the eMail for the login to the shared that arrived was for another eMail address.  There is only one eMail address in the address book so there is no mistake about this being a case of picking the "wrong" eMail.  I am thinking that there is something that is a little unusual?
Finally, the files in the "shared" folder were not accessible though the folder did appear (Files shared with me) .  The message, "This folder is shared from a Pogoplug enabled device that is not available.  Check back soon."
NOTE:  This forum needs the "upload" attachments feature to provide support documentation.  The only good use of VISTA is the "Snipping Tool" to grab stuff that appears on the screen until an upload is available.

More to this story. Once I got an invite, and I used the invite, this error message went away. It is a POGO issue. I have two pink and the biz and each of them have this same weird message usually at start up AND before any attempt is made to access the "pogo device" or a shared from the "pogo device!" Submitting to support I was sorta told to go away until there was a beta. So, I resent the issue to support where i could add an attachment. I was again told to go away, of course, in a polite way saying they would notify me if they needed my help or to participate in a beta. There is definitely a disconnect somewhere. And, while there is a disconnect, the error continues to be an annoyance.

Actually it was in "web access." I would attempt to share below a folder. The folder would share. Had to do some real work the last few days so i have not delved further into this. (tax season) ...

I am thinking that i will uninstall and reinstall to learn if i can make it repeat.

I did not use the "Files shared with me" folder to attempt the share as noted above. Thanks for the response ...
