One thing I have found is that once you install and start the new beta you need to wait for it to index things.

Depending on what your original Active Copy setup was and what folders you want to share it could take some time.
I had to wait about 1 hour before it settled down and started showing things correctly.

You may also want to check you Media settings for your computer via beta.pogoplug.com and turn off anything that is not needed.
