Is this product beneficial if your computer, hard drive, and the pogo are stolen?  Are the files still in the cloud even though every thing was stolen?

The pogoplug is the cloud, and there is no magic backup that occurs to some other service.

Nope...if all of those things are stolen, you'll lose anything on those HDD's. That's part of the reason why I (and others) like the Pogoplug...all of MY stuff is stored on MY hardware...not somebody else that I don't know. Was your stuff stolen???
