Please try the following:

1 - Disconnect the USB hard drive.
2 - unplug the power pogoplug
3 - wait 5 minutes
4 - re-plug the power to the pogoplug
5 - hopefully green light.

Hopefully it's an intermittent issue, and not an actual fault. Also, ensure that it can reach the internet, because without that that You'll have a also have no connectivity to the drive the the pogoplug software.

Same issue here ... worked well for a few days, now goes to an orange light and doesn't share anything on the network!

*The router shows that an IP address has been successfully assigned in DHCP;
*I can SSH into the Pogoplug successfully.

However, multiple reboots don't do anything, it never manages to give the green light on the front.

This is also a "behavior" exhibited when the plug cannot form the tunnel to the my.pogoplug.com services, so you may want to send support an email.

If it is getting an IP address, and you can ssh to it, then the device is operational, but with the orange light on it is usually meaning that it can't connect to the service.

Yes - I contacted support and they gave me a list of ports to check, but everything seems to be open!

This also doesn't make sense since it worked perfectly for the first few days.

Will report back if I succeed (or fail with enough knowledge to make it interesting!).
