I am dealing with this problem, too. I have gotten the list of printers from technical support. So far, I am not having much luck in getting anything printed. The latest printer that I have attempted to use is the HP 1320 that is on the list. At least I do not get "unsupported!"

Actually not getting the "unsupported" error is the only good thing, so far. In several other threads, others, like myself, have gotten as far as "completed successfully" both in the PrintersTAB for a direct print and the same message in a eMail conformation for an attachment to print@pogoplug.com from an authorized eMail address.

Unfortunately, nothing prints on the printer. I have several submissions to technical support. Some have been closed without a comment. I only have one request that is still open in their queue about this problem.

May I suggest you submit a request to technical support. Chances are that you will also get the proverbial response that says something like be patient we may at some point get around to other printers with the subtle hint that the Print feature is still in Beta.

It is important to send a note to support@pogoplug.com. Maybe if we could get all 10,000 plus of us that use pogoplugged.com to send "many" notes to support that might cause a budget shift and reprioritization of the printer issue.
