Same issue here with my Epic 4G after upgrade. Cannot play anything anymore....
"sorry, this video cannot be played"
Please help!
I was out of town and happily using my PP Pro to stream movies to my MyTouch 4g, when I decided to 'update' to v. 3.2.1. Now I get an 'unknow server error' at the bottom of the display and no streaming. Back in the office, I updated a spare G2 with the same version with exactly the same result. My PP Pro is running v. 2.5.9.5.
A couple of questions come to mind...
Is this 'user error' somehow? Something change I need to know about? If not, how do I roll back to the previous version?
I'll start with that for now...
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Fixed the issue yesterday...
Reinstalled the app downloading the .zip file directly from pogoplug.com to my phone and installed the app from it.
Now I can play all the videos (.m4v) on my SD and stream them from my Pogoplug into my Epic 4G.
Thanks!
Unable to download file from pogoplug website. File type not supported. Have same issue since update, streaming no longer works. Uninstalled android app, please help! Galaxy tab running froyo.
I actually saved the .zip file on the device and extracted and executed on the device.
That was the only way to fix the issue.
Thanks for the reply. So, you downloaded the file using your pc to your phone, then used your pc to extract the file on your phone and then installed using your pc on your phone? did you have to choose a directory on your phone to install it in? If so, which one? Sorry I need the details. Thanks in advance.
I saved the file on my phone using the phone's browser and then I accessed the file using a file manager app on the phone and extracted and executed the file without the need of a PC.

Click on "Pogoplug Mobile for Android" and this will download the aforementioned .zip file. Make sure you uninstall the Pogoplug App currently on your phone. Then extract the .apk file from the .zip and install it. I can verify that it fixes the problem.
Be sure to use the link above. If you click on "Downloads" from the home page at www.pogoplug.com it will take you to "http://www.pogoplug.com/home-en-download-downloads.html?" which will not give you the .zip download -- it just redirects you to the Android App store.
downloaded and unzipped 3.2 on my pc and uploaded to pogo then downloaded to phone with pogo, uninstalled and installed 3.2 now all is well.
