I have the same exact issue in the same exact timeframe too. We have the BIZ version of the pogoplug. And many users are complaining that they can see teh top directory and nothing underneath (Subfolders or files). I did notice a service outage this past week like Tuesday. Something is up. We have rebooted properly with drive ejects. Remde some folder admin accounts. Only the admin users can see all the data and not defined users.
Hello, we have have pogoplug hear at work for quite awhile and its been working very well. But today I cant see any directoies. I can see the P:\ drive and shared files but when I try to look at the direstories of the hard drive I cant see nt thing. Ive gone to pogoplug.com and resharde the drive but still the same. I can view the invite in my email but not on the P:\ drive on my computer. Can any one please help?

I am having very serious issues. I hooked pogoplug to our usb drive at the office 2 days ago and set up 5 users with access to their own specific folders on the drive. Nobody except me can see the inside of the folder on their P:. I am at a loss and support won't email me back. We run Win7 and I don't think I'm supposed to "share" the folders in the web interface since I have set the users up with very specific folder permissions. What could be the issue? Please help.
