Just for scientific purposes, I'd try doing a "test run" on a completely different set of folders with completely different files in them. It's possible the Pogoplug could be getting hung up on a file with a strange file name, corruption, etc. Remotely possible, but it's something to try!

In other words, if it works on another set of folders, it's probably due to the files within them or their permissions rather than the Pogoplug software that's causing the issue.
