So I'm new to the Anroid Pogoplug app- I have version 3.2. Is there any kind of user guide or anything?

I can see folders for music, video, and photos, as well as photos I share/photos shred with me. But how do I access the rest of my files?? Is there a way to see the whole directory structure? Not sure what I'm missing....

Also, can't seem to figure out how to upload. Help!

Oh and this is on a Droid2, android 2.2
