I find the "music" tab not very helpful. My solution to you would be to put all your music in a folder labeled "music" and search though it like that. I have my music set up this way, and then have that folder imported to itunes. This enables me to have my 55 GB music collection available on my netbook that does not have a lot of storage. I am able to stream my library over the internet without a problem.

Hi all,
I just got my hot pink Pogoplug v2 today. It looks like it's got a lot of potential. I've got one big issue: When I click the "Music" filter, the only way I'm able to see my files is by clicking the "Songs" view. Then I see a rather ugly listing of my files, w/ file names only. If I try to click the Artist, Album, or Genre view, the webpage says (for example):
There are no artists available.
You will need to upload music to your Pogoplug before it appears in this filter.
There is music in there! 2.5GBs, to be exact!
Does anyone know what's going on?? My library is all MP3s, either ripped from CD using iTunes, or purchased from Amazon. My library is managed by iTunes.
Thanks in advance,
- Mike
