If I coaster my pogoplug, is there a method to reflash?  where can I get an image?

That's the Pro.

You'll need serial access and a decent backup of the NAND from someone else, or CE if they'll supply it.

This of course, assuming you haven't fragged the NAND enough to have no U-Boot
