I haven't heard of this issue--but I'm not familiar with JDownloader, either!
I'd contact Pogoplug support on this one.

Hi,
I have a setup with 3 ext3 partitions on a 2,5" harddrive, each shared with my OSX laptop via the Pogoplug software (Finder integration). I just discovered that this gives me file errors - I downloaded multiple files with JDownloader, directly to one of those Pogoplug partitions, and nearly 1/3 of them didn't pass JDownloader's MD5 check (had to re-download). Is this "normal" for heavily random disk access while writing? Would it help to turn on SSL?
Edit: Forgot to mention that it's a new Pogoplug Pro.
