Sometimes that message appears when the drive takes too long to load...it times out. The problem could be because the internet connection is too slow, the folder they are trying to access contains so many files that the pogoplug cannot load them fast enough, or both. I used to get this message when I tried accessing my music folder which contained about 80 gigs worth of files.
