I don't have a clue what file type this is, but I am almost certain it has nothing to do with the Pogoplug or its service.

I've been getting these files on my POGOPLUG pro just recently.

.lex files. I've only seen them when adding files to my POGOPLUGGED drives. This wasn't occuring when I first used the pogo plug but now they're getting quite annoying. I've been deleting them. This has to be a pogoplug specific thing.

It's not a pogoplug specific thing. I've been getting them on my Buffalo drive as well. They've all got 2/20/2008 mod dates. It seems like they can be deleted, but they just re-appear. Same file names. Same dates. I'd had the drive for at least a year before they started appearing.

Have no clue what created them nor how to get rid of them...

Same issue, no clue how to get rid if themm but if you use a explorer such as explorer2 (free download in www. download com) the lex files stop creating, in addition, if you deleted the one already created they don't show up again as it is happen with windows explorer.

hope this help...
