Have you reported the issue to Pogoplug official support? Could you give the details of the error you are getting? Has the movie been transcoded?
I get an error everytime try to watch a movie on my palm pre. Any fix for this?

I have not reported it. I actually just did the transcode thing and it worked but the quality was really bad on my pre and ps3. When it is not transcoded it looks great on the ps3 but does not work on the pre. I'm not sure what the solution would be to make it work on my pre well and my ps3?

still having problems. ps3 plays movies fine, palm pre will not load the movie its says "Error There was an error playing the file". I have the movies converted to avi files so it should play. not sure what the problem is.

ok, i have it figured out. I used a program called handbrake to change them from avi to the same format as itouch.
