My Pogoplug Pro (2.5.6.5) email upload works fine, but the on-line video instructions are not applicable to this device. It was confusing and took a while to figure it out. Configuration for email upload has been moved out of General setup into a new sub-layer labeled Upload Settings. This might not apply to your original Pogoplug, but you might check to see if the settings layout has been changed with a recent software revision. If they have, try resetting your email drop folder using the new Upload Settings button in the Settings list -- on mine it's second from the bottom, just above Print Settings.
