The community forums here are separate from Pogoplug and their main website, which is why a separate login is required here. Our platform lives outside of the My.Pogoplug service and is not connected with it.

I had to create an account to setup my PogoPlug.
I go to the forums and my PogoPlug account doesn't work. I have to create another account to post in the forums.
I go to the Contact page to put in a support request. My PogoPlug account doesn't work. I have to create YET another account to try and send a request for assistance.
Why do I need to have THREE (3) separate accounts for the same web site?
1) one for my pogoplug device
2) one to post in the forums
3) one to send in a trouble ticket request
