Hello,

Is the USB-hub connected to Pogoplug, then visible in the webUI? If so, this is a power issue in that the Pogoplug cannot provide enough power to your drive but the USB-hub does; allowing it to show up in the WebUI.

Is this the situation you have?

The drive does NOT show up on the WebUI, but the POGO does? My web based items (My Shared Files" DO show up, so POGO is worjing but not allowing my drive to connect?

I may have you confused by previous comments. I have a A/C Powered drive plugged into my POGO. The drive is not visable on web or local pogo software. If I unplug the usb from the drive and plug it into a hub or any other usb port, the drive works fine, but when I plug it back into the pogo the power light on the drive lights up for about 10-15 seconds, the drive does not show on web or local and the power light goes off. I have tried several drives, same thing. The web based part of my pogo is working fine?
Thanks
Bill
