I have created several users in the "Users Settings" of my PogoPlug Biz, sharing a lot of files and folders. However, each user is capable of deleting any of the files/folders in the directory created for sharing with them. My question; How can I disallow them from doing that, only allowing them to download/copy any of the files/folders but not moving or deleting them?

Also, since I have PogoPlug Biz, it should let me see the users usage statistics, but the only thing there is in the "Users Settings" is creating new users and assigning folders to them.

Can you please help me resolve the above issues?

Thanks so much!!!

If you are using the 'Multi-User Administration' to add users that is really for adding Pogoplug administers. IE, people who can administer one area of the Pogoplug with full access to do so.
Doing this with the Pogoplug Biz you can set up administrators that can handle certain folders without giving them the ability to see or change any other files or folders on your Pogoplug.

For instance; say you want to create one folder for different departments. One each for Marketing, Tech and operations. You can do this using the Multi Administration setup so each department has their own folder and management.

It should probably be called something like 'Multi Administrator Settings'
If you want to just share the files with no administration access you would use the regular file sharing setup.

For the stats you would click on 'Files I Share' and then 'Statistics' or the "i" icon next to the shared files/folders.

Thanks Brandon for the response.

However in my PogoPlug Biz I could find the 'Multi Administrator Settings'.. Where can it be?

Thanks again!
