Go to "settings" from the web browser for your pogoplug. From there click on "media settings". There you will find "Optimize your videos for play back" from there click on it and switch it to "never". Click on "Apply Below Changes". Your music should stream fine now

Just acquired a new pogoplug pro and trying to test out the features. I am having trouble with streaming music to my iPhone 3GS (os3.1.3). I only get about 10 seconds of playtime before the phone goes to sleep and the streaming stops.

Rock - Thanks for your assistance but I am still having trouble streaming to my iphone. As soon as my phone goes dark, i lose my connection. Is there a phone setting that I need to adjust or is it with Pogoplug?
Also, what devices can I stream to with Pogoplug? I am having trouble streaming to my computer over mypogplug.com or directly from the drive. Any suggestions for a how to?

It is possible that the problem is your internet connection. If you are using the wireless feature of the pogoplug pro, try connecting it straight to the router via ethernet cable. Another problem that might be occurring is that the music you are trying to stream is not in a format that the pogoplug understands.
