Hi pogo-Marcus,

The forums needs a lot more information from you before we can try to help :)

Can you describe your problem in a bit more detail?

- What happens exactly when you attach the drive?
- Can you see the drive at all? Or does it detect the drive but you can't access it?
- What version of Mac OS are you running?
- Did you go through the Pogoplug setup and activation? (We have an FAQ)

If the forum cannot help, you can always submit an official Pogoplug support ticket too.

Peter,

I am using a I mac, version software 10.5.8, with a toshiba hard drive attached. And my pogo is attached to my time capsule, which provides my wireless internet services. My Embark router is attached to my time capsule. Off my pogo is a WD 3tb storage drive. Additionally, I have a dell laptop on the wireless internet.

My problem, I can't see my imac desktop display, or the toshiba drive. I can see the Western Storage drive. However, the drive isn't format or partition. I have download the pogo software to the laptop but because of the other problems, I haven't tested whether the drive can be assessed.
