I can only confirm that this happens because it happens to me too! I'm planning to return my Pogoplug. I'm having way too many problems and support isn't helping much-or the fixes they've given me are short term ones.

I have a Go Flex Net Pogoplug device. I recently had to reboot the device twice, and it was off for a few days. When I turned it on, the Active Copy settings had disappeared. Any reason this might happen? Does ejecting a drive negate the active copy?
