Is there any way to turn the left sidebar off on the PogoPlug Biz? If not, there needs to be.

I recently bought a biz for my business and would love to use it, but the left sidebar does not fit in a professional atmosphere. All I want our board members seeing are things like folders and file names. Possibly the updated 'Today, last week, last month' piece. But certainly not the 'Movies, Photos, Music, Slideshows, and sharing' sections.

If this answer is a no, then I will be disappointed to be sending my PogoPlug Biz back to you.

Thank you.

I believe the only way of not having the left menu show up (for now) is if you make the folder publicly visible.

Thank you for the response, JJ. So does this 'Publicly Visible' way mean it is open to everyone in the PP community? I guess I am unfamiliar with the public setting.

It means that you don't need a password in order to view its contents. If you have sensitive information in there, then obviously you wouldn't want to make it a public folder. So you can see what it looks like, here's an example of one of my clients folders that I've made publicly visible: http://my.pogoplug.com/share/wkv-O8vDEU3wW91GGSvnKQ/

Yes, JJ! That is exactly what I want it to look like. But you are correct in saying, for my instance, this needs to be PW protected.

Yeah, then I suggest you ask them to add that in the product suggestions area. Maybe they'll add it if a lot of people want that same feature: http://www.pogoplugged.com/forums/33/Pogoplug-Product-Suggestions/threads

Cheers
