I had the same problem when i first started. My problem was that i was trying to use mine in my apartment and i needed to registrar each device (or computer) in order to get internet access. After many emails with support i realized that i could not use it in my apartment because of the internet configuration. So, in short it is probably a problem with your router settings.
My new pogoplug not connecting to the internet/no green light on the front trying to register. What should I do! very dissapointing product.

Contact tech support, If you are trying to connect by ethernet cable, make sure that the lights by the cable's plug are on and flashing. If not, you may have a network problem external to the pogoplug.
