I had the same problem. The # symbol causes a connection error.
Peace,

Hi all,
For some reason I cannot log into the android phone app while connected to 3G service with T-Mobile. I get the "Email Id or Password Incorrect" pop up. However, when I am at home and the phone is connected via my WiFi, I can connect with no problems. Any ideas why I cannot connect unless on a WiFi connection?
Also, I noticed when I am connected using the android app during a WiFi session, the movies and photos do not show up under the "Movies" and "Photos" area in the Library. They do show up on the actual hard drive within their respective directories when I click on the hard drive within the app. Funny thing is that the music does show up under the "Music" heading in the Library. I submitted a support request but thought I would ask the community to see if there is a resolution. Thanks,
Alan
Did you forget your password?
You can also log in using OpenID.
Just an update... Adam at tech support has been very helpful and suggested I remove any special characters in my password. I was using the # sign, so I went on the computer website and removed it from my PW. Then logged out and tried to log back in and it said wrong password. So I hit the "Forgot my password" and reset it through the email process. Now I can log into both computer and my android app :) Also my movies and pictures are correctly showing up under the library categories. So I don't know if this was just a coincidence or somehow the # sign in my PW was messing it up. Funny how I could log in using WiFi with the # sign but not over the cellphone service???
