We have a major UI refresh coming up in April. Send an email to beta@pogoplug.com to be added to the beta group for an earlier preview. Your feedback is great and we would love to get your feedback on the new UI when it's ready.
Hi, I know there have been suggested web server solutions. However, these are not easy to implement. Could the web interface for Pogoplug bee improved to allow for hyperlinked documents? This may be a big order, but it is just what I need.
Also, the my pogoplug web interface could stand some design improvements. I prefer my icons to be accompanied by text. Also, for sorting purposes, I have a large external hard drive attached by USB to my Pogoplug- it would be great if a default could be set for display of this drive, i.e. if the interface could show (again by default) all of the folders on the hard drive in alphabetical order.
And, while we are at it, how about permitting a starting file to be the default (or home) file when I go to my pogoplug? How about the ability to set up several such files (think personalized toolbars on web browsers!). Indeed, the more Pogoplug adopts its web interface to traditional browser designs, the better, in my view.
How about a cabability to bookmark documents on the hard drive for faster access?
Any possiblity of some sort of cache or caching capability to be added to the Pogoplug experience to speed matters up?
How about a word processing capability -or a direct link to Google Docs?
Greater customization of the interface would be great.
