I was trying to get a new file from my pogoplug backup via my phone. I could see the files and that's when I noticed the backups weren't up to date. The memeo backup is running daily, but the backup is not being transferred from my laptop to my external 1tb go flex that is attached to the go GoFlex net media storage device. 

I don't think the active copy is working and when i try to set up a new location, the 2 windows that open up have identical file names?? help , very frustrating.
