I just purchased a pogoplug pro and have it up and working via wifi at my house. I can access the files from my work computer fine. I CANNOT delete any files on the pogopug. It says " there was an error while trying to delete ""file name"" The pogoplug has a Hitachi 250GB hard drive connected to it, not sure of the model. How can I delete files on this pogoplug?

I have the same problem that TomTom. Why there is no answer to this question?

Is there anyone at this *** company who ever reads any of these problems? The more I use this, the more i consider returning it and moving all my files to windows live... pogoplug support is non-existant so the product ultimately sucks, especially when you install the software on your computer and it eats your boot sector!

@Rich54--Yes, Pogoplug cares about its customers and are active on the forums here. I've passed this on to them.

I find that when I am looking at the p: drive and I drag and drop a folder into RECYCLER Folder on the pogo I have success deleting those files

Also if you connect the external drive directly to your computers usb, you can delete files that way.

try the first solution though by dragging unwanted files to the RECYCLER Folder
