I have been trying to activate through  dockstar.pogoplug.com/activate .

About a month ago, I started the activation process & stopped mid way through
because my newly purchased dockstar unit was faulty. I don't remember having
any specific activation issue at that time. I replaced it under warranty &
now I'm having activation problems. I have tried IE & Firefox in Windows 7 (32&64bit), XP, & Server 2003, along with apple MAC & safari.

The activation process seems to be skipping over the page where I am supposed to input my screen name & password. I see it for an instant & then it goes on to the next
activation page. I can stop the page from completely loading & get the screen to input my screen name & password, but the next button doesn't work (because I manually stopped the page from completely loading). So I can't send my info to Pogoplug's servers. So, when the following page it asks me to login using my screen name & password, I can't since I was never able to request one. Please help ASAP.
I have spent WAY to much time trying to get this activated.

Yesterday, I tried to activate my dockstar at
https://my.pogoplug.com/activate/index.html .

I get almost all the way through the process & then it tells me, "This Pogoplug
enabled device has already been activated."

Please help. What should I do?
