A lot has been posted about the PogoPlug Support staff and with me seeing so many negative comments,  I felt compelled to add this thread because I have ONLY had Posative results from them.

I have both a Pink Pogoplug and the Pogoplug Biz.  I have 2 drives connected to the BIZ and a single drive and Flash memory stick atached to the other.

Have I had some problems?  Yes, but each and every one has been addressed to my satisfaction by the Support staff.  Some of my questions have taken a few days or more to be resolved but patients is a virtue.

I'm far from a computer GEEK and there are a lot of things I just don't understand unless it's spelled out for me, maybe it comes with age (me being 67 years old), but the support staff has gone far and beyond what I'd expect and they should be recognised for their efforts.  And NO I don't work for Cloud Nine!

For those that have lost patients, count to 10 and try again. 

My system(s) are Windows PC based all with Windows 7 Ultimate.  I have an HP printed attached to the PogoPlug Biz and it's working as it suposed to be.
