I love the idea of active copy. My goal is to have a backup drive in my office and an offsite copy at home. We're talking 400 Gigs of data that needs to be copied to get going so that's going to take a while.

Is there a way to pause active copy so that my internet access isn't slowed way down during office hours? Or better yet schedule a time so that active copy only transfers data during pre-set off peak hours?

As I'm writing this I'm thinking it would be a better idea to take the office drive home and copy the backup folder via USB, then let Active copy keep it up to date. Is that do-able?

TIA
