I see similar posts, but not exactly the same problem so I've started a new thread - I'll apologize in advance if I've missed someone's posted solution to this...
I'm trying to keep a folder synch'd between home and work using the Pogoplug. Ideally I'd use Active Copy but our corporate firewall blocks those ports (and Active Copy isn't working for me either - different support call). Anyway, workaround, I am willing to manually 'Upload' the files I work on from work to my home Pogoplug.
From work, through the Web interface, I can access my home Pogoplug device. I can download files to work no problem. I thought I could upload no problem also, but no.
When I choose the Upload button, then click 'Add files' and browse to the files I want, then click on OK - all looks like it's working. If the file exists on the Pogoplug it will ask if I want to overwrite it and I say yes and it shows me a little progress bar as it copies. If the file doesn't exist on my home Pogoplug, it does the same without the overwrite prompt (as you'd expect). No errors get reported through the proceedure.
But I just realized, after several days of assuming I WAS succussfully copying from work to home that it is not working. Files of the same name are not the newer versions, and files of a new name are not on my home Pogoplug?!?
Anyone else experienced this problem with Uploading via the Web client?
