Why won't PogoPlug recognize my Mac OS Extended (Journaled) hard drive? It's is obviously recognized when physically plugged into my Mac but when I plug it into the PogoPlug it's not recognized when I'm using my Mac or Windows PC. I'd like to be able to see the drive from both computers so I can share stuff between Windows & Mac. Any ideas?

Please make a support ticket containing your DeviceID at support.pogoplug.com.
We believe we resolved this issue with the newest firmware, but if your HFS+J drive still isn't mounting we'd like to know about it.
