Hi, This is an intriguing product, but I need some info before purchasing. Here is my situation: I have a legal database, i.e. a collection of html and pdf files, a total of 3-4 gigs worth and growing. I have a little menu system I devised which permits me to get the files I need quickly and efficiently in my web browser (i.e. mozilla firefox, seamonkey, chrome, internet explorer). Since I am accessing these from my
home computer or from my office computer, the files are viewed as, e.g., file:///C:/medmal/file.htm where medmal is my folder/director and file.htm would be the individual file I am looking at at the moment.

Ok, here is the question. My little database works great on my office and home computers. However, I just
bought a Droid X smartphone. For reasons, which are unique to the Android platform, I cannot use the phone
browsers to access the sd card to see the files I transferred to them. Android will not let me access the
local files the way I need them. Presumably, I could rent some cloud storage, upload my thousands of files to a cloud server and access my files through the usual http:// manner on the Droid browsers. That is not what I need or want. BUT... if I could use your device to get the same effect I have when I use my office or home browser, that would make your product something I would buy.

Or, to put in another way, using Pogoplug, can I oepn a web browser (or would the Pogopulug application itself have browser functionality?) to open my html menu pages on, say, my office compuiter and then link as needed to the html/pdf pages on my office computer in the same manner that I could fire up a browser and view/link to/go to the pages in my little intranet on the office computer?
Sorry for the long and complicated message. Any information would be much appreciated.
Thanks - Phil
