I had get my pogoplug 1 weeks ago. And I have try to activate it, but I can't.

(I'm sorry for my poor english, since English is not my native tongue.)

The present state of my pogoplug is following.

1. network is OK

My computer that is in a same subnet on my pogoplug is Internet reachable. I can see several web pages on the Internet from this computer.

2. DHCP is OK

My DHCP server is Mac OS X 10.4 (not Server) built-in DHCP server.
I configure my DHCP server to assign a fixed IP address to my pogoplug's MAC address.

The DHCP server's logs show that the address assigning successes. And Ping commands to the assigned IP address also success.

3. Firewall unfiltering is (perhaps) OK

My firewall is iptables on linux box.
The firewall on my router is set to drop IP datagrams by default. But I have set some firewall rules to accept(through) following IP datagrams.

a1) UDP datagrams from any port of my pogoplug to port 4365 of service.pogoplug.com
a2) UDP datagrams hearback of a1)
b1) UDP datagrams from any port of my pogoplug to port 4365 of 38.122.2.42
b2) UDP datagrams hearback of b1)
c1) TCP datagrams from any port of my pogoplug to port 80 and 443 of service.pogoplug.com
c2) TCP datagrams hearback of c1)
d1) TCP datagrams from any port of my pogoplug to port 80 of 184.73.201.84
d2) TCP datagrams hearback of d1)
e1) UDP datagrams from any port of my pogoplug to port 123 of any host
e2) UDP datagrams hearback of e1)

I have set the firewall logging its dropped or rejected IP datagrams, and now, NO dropped or rejected IP datagrams are logged from/to my pogoplug's address.

4. pogoplug LED is (perhaps) solid GREEN

5. My pogoplug site's behavior is following:

On step 5 of pogoplug activation website (https://my.pogoplug.com/activate/) It searches pogoplug enabled device and says "ENTER YOUR UNIQUE IDENTIFIER". I had entered my pogoplug's 26 letters ID and click "NEXT", then website says "WE WERE NOT ABLE TO FIND YOUR POGOPLUG ENABLED DEVICE".

****

Are there something wrong? I don't seems to be.
Anyone help me !

I have talked with pogoplug support.

They had activated my pogoplug remotely, and then announce a password to me.
I had tried logging in to http://my.pogoplug.com/ with this password,
and I got a fail with Firefox 3.6.12 browser, but I got a success with Opera 10.63.

I guess that something like Firefox's setting or Firefox's extension may prevents
the pogoplug website to be working correctly.
I will try logging in to the website with Firefox.
