hello iam new at plogo plug i am hapy with pogo plug but films only play for 10 sec

Make sure the video plays completely on the website first. It is possible that the Pogoplug has only generated a 10 second preview of the video for use on the website or streaming to your phone.

Try changing the media setting for 'optimize your videos for playback' to 'auto-generate full transcode' if it has only generated the 10 second preview.

lol check this Ay Lav Yu 2010 DVDRip XviD BTRG.avi Transcoding Video 02:54:29 (12%) almoost 3 hours stilling transcodeing even a conveter progamma takes up 2 hours max. waste of time to transcodeing movies just converter the movies and put them on your iphone this can take months for if pogo plug transcode all mine videos :/ fail one of the pogo plug so far

transcodeing is like converting is will take a long time before you can watch movies. dare most be divx xvid like does stuff sould be standart in with out transecodeing stuff and MKV is not support it :/.

I have an android phone. And on my avi fileso some play and some just do the 10 sec preveiw. But I have files in mp4 that play sometimes to. 3gp play all the time. Needs a big fixes. I can watch whole movies from pc or mac. But not from phone.
