Hello,

This is probably a browser-caching issue. Please try the following:
1.View public URL
2.Change the folder's contents
3.Clear browser cache
4.View publicURL again.

Are you sure there are no other copies of said images anywhere else on any of your harddrives connected to Pogoplug? If they're truly deleted then it wouldn't seem possible for them to still appear in any view.

If the files were deleted outside of the Pogoplug's control.
e.g.,
- the thumbnails were generated by pogoplug,
- the drive was then removed from the Pogoplug
- drive connected to a PC, files deleted there.
- drive reconnected to Pogoplug.
There is a small chance that the thumbnails are still in the ".cedata" folder. You could delete this folder from the root of your drive then reconnect it to Pogoplug. It will need to rescan and regen any thumbnails and video transcodes it did before.

If this doesn't seem like the solution to this issue, please create a support ticket with your DeviceID and we can take a closer look.
