Hi Milton!
It depends on your available upload bandwith of your ISP and how many users are downloading files simoultanously. What kind of files are your users downloading? What is your available bandwidth?
Chris
Hi, I am new with my pogoplug biz, my question is very simple.
How many IP's or connections (User's) can be conected to my pogoplug biz at the same time, without compromising performance?
Thank you,
Milton Briceno
Hi Chris, my ISP is ATT and I have 6 megas of bandwidth, most files are word, pdf and .jpg pictures, 1 to 3 megas at the most. Also I have 1 T Seagate freeagent goflex hard drive. Thank you,
Milton M. Briceno
I have a verizon FIOS 35 mbps upload connection and I want to share video. I am using a mac so what bit rate and format is best for sharing 960 by 544 video over the pogoplug to Ipads and iphone and web browser users?
How many users could the pogoplug handle over this connection?
if I colocated my pogoplug to a facility with larger bandwidth how many users at what bit rates can I handle per pogoplug?
Would it be possible to build a user management interface that allows me to set a time limit (by hours, days or months) that each user could have access to folders?
is it possible to script user access, access time and directory permissions? Will pogoplug biz allow me to use the layouts and functionality from my website combined with video and photo streaming from the pogoplug?
All we need is an ability to tie in ecommerce to monetize access to my content and we have a web content delivery box!

Boy, I think PP is way to small for you. Have a look at viddler.com/tools/subscriptions they provide the video and billing platform you need
