My Pogo light is green but I can't see any any of my external drives. How do I get visibility to the individual USB external drives?

The Pogoplug does not appear on your network(like SAMBA). It requires installing the Pogoplug DriveApp. http://www.pogoplug.com/home-en-support-downloads.html
