At this time, Pogoplug doesn't specifically work with Time Machine. Time Machine only "plays nice" with USB hard drives connected directly to your Mac in some way. This is a very commonly requested feature here on the forums.

Not true:
Besides working with Time Capsule, Time Machine also works with FreeNAS connected to the network.
A hack is no longer needed to the Mac. FreeNAS has a built-in selection for Time Machine.
C'mon Pogoplug, get with it!

Gulp Ogop, I'd like to know how to access my files on my Time Capsule through my pogoplug, any help is appreciated
