You can install the desktop software at work which will give you access to the drive. You should be able to make backups to the drive then. This is assuming that you are permitted to install 3rd party software at work and that work doesn't have a firewall or filter that would prevent the connection. Also, not all backup software will recognize the pogoplug drive, but there are a number of apps out there that do. You can search the forums for backup software recommendations.
Hey all,
I would like to set up a pogoplugged drive at home on my home network. Then at my office which is at another location create a mapped network drive to that home drive over the internet. I want to run backup software to save my backups at my home on the pogodrive. Is this possible? thank you for your time.

Thanks for the reply,
Work is "My office" so there is no promblem there, We use Ghost to do back ups. I am hoping that I can point Ghost at the Network drive that is at my home location using Pogo. If this is possible then I am buying one today!
