Help please. My iPhone says that it downloads the movie from my Pogoplug but then all I get is the symbol in the middle of the screen and the movie will not play. Any help or hint would be much appreciated.

I get the same exact response on my iPhone out here.  I've been reading the forums and website for the past few days and I think this is related to transcoding, which apparently, the PogoPlug does (albeit quite slowly).  If I find out anything else, I'll post as well.

Same here. The QT logo pops up and the video never comes.
