It would be awesome to have the option to transcode per folder. I have some HD home videos that I don't necessarily want duplicated at a lower quality, however I would be awesome if I had a folder shared out for family and friends that I could drop video into and just those files would be converted for easy web viewing. The all or none makes my decision to be none as it stands.
