Hi there, after returning to stock pogoplug from plugapps I have a big problem:

While my pogo plug shows mounted drives on the shell:

-bash-3.2# mount
rootfs on / type rootfs (rw)
/dev/root on / type jffs2 (ro)
none on /proc type proc (rw)
none on /sys type sysfs (rw)
none on /dev/pts type devpts (rw)
none on /tmp type tmpfs (rw)
none on /proc/bus/usb type usbfs (rw)
/dev/mtdblock3 on /opt type jffs2 (rw)
/tmp/.cemnt/sda1 on /tmp/.cemnt/mnt_sda1 type vfat (rw,nosuid,nodev,noexec,noatime,fmask=0022,dmask=0022,codepage=cp437,iocharset=iso8859-1,utf8)
/tmp/.cemnt/sdb1 on /tmp/.cemnt/mnt_sdb1 type vfat (rw,nosuid,nodev,noexec,noatime,fmask=0022,dmask=0022,codepage=cp437,iocharset=iso8859-1,utf8)

the webinterface isn't showing them, but showing this message:

"Your Pogoplug enabled device does not have a hard drive attached. To get started, please attach an external hard drive to any of the available USB ports."

I tried using open pogo last time before I moved and had them running and I think i mght have damaged the system maybe...

Is there any way to completely reset my pink pogoplug V2 device?

Thx in advance,

chris

After I had installed plugbox linux on a usb stick and installed uboot, I experienced a similar problem with my usb connected hard drives not being recognized when running pogoplug.

I found that the problem was during the install of plugbox linux, the install turned off ALL pogoplug services (you answered YES to one of the install questions).

You need to edit the rcS file in directory /etc/init.d and remove the comment symbol # before the last two lines and save. pogoplug has vi available as an editor. You will need to log in as administrator on your pogoplug (not plugbox) and use chmod to allow editing of this file.

When you reboot your Pogoplug, everything should be back to normal.

Did the rcS file have any lines commented out?
